DeliveryWe deliver via GLS and DHL courier services, and the usual delivery time is 1-2 working days. If we don't have the ordered product in stock and it needs to be sent to be manufactured for you, then the delivery time may be slightly longer (7-14 working days). All items must be in the condition in which you received them, including the original labels, and must not have been worn or washed. Custom-made items and protected goods, such as underwear, cannot be returned or exchanged. In order to process all returns as quickly as possible, please always send returns from different orders separately and enclose the appropriate and completed form for each.
