Delivery

We deliver via GLS and DHL courier services, and the usual delivery time is 1-2 working days.

If we do not have the ordered product in stock and it needs to be sent for production for you, then the delivery time may be slightly longer (7-14 business days). In the event of this extended delivery time, you will be notified via e-mail by our customer support.

As soon as we prepare the goods for delivery, we send you a tracking code that you can use to check the status of your shipment at any time (GLS and DHL).

If the products have not been delivered within the expected time (Up to 14 working days from dispatch), please email us at wearluwe@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary steps. For product delivery to the islands, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping throughout the EU is free.
