Delivery
We deliver via GLS and DHL courier services, and the usual delivery time is 1-2 working days. If we don't have the ordered product in stock and it needs to be sent to be manufactured for you, then the delivery time may be slightly longer (7-14 working days). In the event of such an extended delivery period, you will be notified by e-mail by our customer support. As soon as we prepare the goods for delivery, we send you a tracking code that you can use to check the status of your shipment at any time (GLS and DHL). Refund
You can return all orders without any reason within 30 days of receipt. If you choose to return via GLS, the return fee is €4.95. This amount will be deducted from the total amount when you receive your refund. You can also return items by post, in which case you will be responsible for the costs. All items must be in the condition in which you received them, including the original labels, and must not have been worn or washed. Custom-made items and protected goods, such as underwear, cannot be returned or exchanged. In order to process all returns as quickly as possible, please always send returns from different orders separately and enclose the appropriate and completed form for each. Return via GLS
Fill out the return form you received in the package and the electronic return form on the website. Place the completed form together with the items in the original packaging, which will be collected by the delivery person. The GLS delivery service employee will inform you of the collection time via SMS and provide you with the contact information of the delivery person. The cost of a return via GLS is €4.95. An item cannot be exchanged; if you want a different item, you must make a new purchase. If you have any problems with the return, please contact our customer service.
Return by mail
You can also return items by mail, with the option of tracking and attaching the return form that you received in the package. In this case, you bear the shipping costs yourself. Send the items you want to return to the address:

We will inspect the returned items and refund you without undue delay within 14 days of receiving the return. We will refund you the money in the same way as the payment was made. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, we will refund the money to your bank account, so be sure to fill in your IBAN details.
When we process the return, you will receive an email confirmation with the return information. If, even after 14 days, the refund is still not visible on your account, send your bank an e-mail confirmation with information about the refund so that the bank can speed up the process. If you paid postage for your order, we will return the money to you in the same way as the payment was made. However, we will not refund the shipping costs. We would like to warn you that we do not take responsibility for items that you return to us by mistake. If you want us to resend these items to you, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you return items to us that are not in the condition they were received (damaged, worn, washed, etc.) or if we receive them after 30 days, we may refuse a refund and send the items back. In this case, you bear the shipping costs yourself.
